By stimulating the reflexes in the feet – as they relate to the corresponding parts of the body – it is an effective complementary therapy used to treat an array of conditions, including:

back problems • sports injury • muscle strain • fertility/pregnancy/postnatal care
chronic health issues • stress and anxiety
